When J is traveling, I like to see photos of the hotel or apartment where he lands. It makes me feel better if I can visualize him in his room, microwaving his frozen dinners. So I'll do the same for you! Here are photos of the place where we are currently microwaving our veggie burritos. We will be staying here at the Emporium Suites for the next month until the lease begins on our condo. The Emporium is a hotel and mall located off of the busy Sukhumvit Soi 24, in the center of the city. The building is connected to a BTS station, which makes using the rail system a snap. In August, we'll move just a quarter of a mile down Soi 24 when our condo becomes available.
The hotel faces Benjasiri Park, a garden park populated with exercise fanatics and Soi cats.
Rooftop pool and exercise facility. Who needs a sauna when you can just walk outside?!
